EXCELLENT location and services
helpful staff perfect location easy access great support
i REALLY enjoyed my visit. i found the location perfect, as i could easily walk to many famous sites. the staff were very helpful and friendly. they readily assisted with my smartphone issue in the elevator. i greatly appreciated their empathy and support.
the shower leaked , requiring cleaning after each use , which was only a minor inconvenience.

street noise inconsistent shower
the advertised soundproofing was not effective. street noise was quite noticeable at all hours. i also found the shower temperature to be inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold temperatures.

the location allowed easy walks to famous sites. the staff were friendly and helpful. the air conditioning worked wonderfully. the rooms are modern and very clean.

street noise stale pastries
The room i had faced the street. It was very loud. the noise made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast selection was also quite limited. I expected more variety. the pastries seemed stale, and the fruit wasn't very fresh. it was a letdown considering the price.

The staff carried my luggage to my mezzanine room. The room was spacious and had a fridge plus usb sockets (really convenient!).

central location fresh pastries comfortable patio
The hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of nearby sites. the staff was helpful. the breakfast was really nice. I especially enjoyed the selection of fresh pastries. there was a heater in the breakfast patio, so it was very comfortable, even in winter.
the elevator was quite small. it was really a tight squeeze with luggage.

The location provided easy access to major attractions. Pantheon was a short walk. numerous restaurants and shopping areas were also nearby. easy access to buses made getting around really straightforward.
